Emissions trading: Union registry access update

The Union registry is currently experiencing technical problems, which are causing delays in processing certain transactions. The Commission is working to resolve this issue as soon as possible. If necessary, the Union registry may be suspended. In the meantime, users may wish to consider refraining from proposing non-urgent deliveries. A further update will be posted today.
