Yesterday on 19 August 2020, the Union Registry of the EU Emissions Trading System faced a technical issue with the processing of some transactions and an emergency maintenance was opened. The issue has now been identified and fixed. We can rule out the event of a security incident.
Before resuming the system, some further repairs will need to be done, so the maintenance continues today. We expect to resume business tomorrow on 21 August 2020 at 9AM.
