Consultation on the application of the “DNSH” principle under the Social Climate Fund

The consultation

The Social Climate Fund regulation requires the Commission to issue tailored guidance on how to apply the Do No Significant Harm (DNSH) principle to the Social Climate Fund (SCF).

In this context, the Commission is launching an 8-weeks targeted consultation (open until 13 August 2024) on the Technical Guidance and its sector-specific annexes.

This targeted consultation, which follow the Call for Evidence published on the “Have your Say” portal in May 2024, aims to gather feedback from stakeholders on the proposed approach for the application of the DNSH principle.

The Guidance consists of a core text (Technical Guidance) and sector-specific annexes (Buildings, Transport, Energy).

A dedicated survey has been published to allow stakeholders to provide detailed feedback on the different documents listed below.
