Dr Tim Dallmann leads ICCT’s activities supporting multilateral initiatives to hasten the global transition to zero-emission vehicles, including the International Zero-Emission Vehicle (ZEV) Alliance and ZEV Transition Council. Tim also manages ICCT’s contributions to The Real Urban Emissions (TRUE) Initiative, which applies real-world emissions data to support the development of low-emission transport policies in cities around the world. He has expertise in measuring and analysing vehicle emissions and their impacts on air quality and climate. He holds a BSc in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin and an MSc and a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California.
