Temporary suspension of the Union Registry for software upgrade on 18 November

From Tuesday 18 November 2014 between 08:00 CET to Wednesday 19 November 2014 8:00 CET access to the Union Registry will be suspended to undertake a software upgrade. The new release of the Union Registry implements the rules related to the Effort Sharing Decision establishing binding annual greenhouse gas emission targets for Member States for the period 2013–2020. The Effort Sharing Decision concerns emissions from sectors not included in the EU Emissions Trading System (EU ETS), such as transport (except aviation and international maritime shipping), buildings, agriculture and waste.

In the unlikely event of any changes to the schedule of the Union registry downtime, updated information will be communicated on this website.
