The European Commission is undertaking an evaluation of the EU Strategy on Adaptation to Climate Change to assess its implementation and performance. As part of the process, the Commission has launched a 12-week public consultation to gather views from a broad range of stakeholders.
The EU Adaptation Strategy was adopted in 2013 and aims to increase the resilience across the Member States by enhancing the preparedness and capacity of all government levels to respond to impacts of climate change.
The online consultation will be open until 1 March 2018. The evaluation of the strategy is due to be completed in autumn 2018.
