Every year, industrial installations entitled to receive free allocation under the EU ETS should receive their allowances credited on registry accounts from national authorities for the current year by the end of February. On 3 March 2016, the European Commission will publish a state of play of the total number of allowances that have been transferred to industry by each Member State for the calendar year 2016.

Subsequent updates, if needed, are planned every two weeks until May 2016.

The table will be published under documentation related to the free allocation based on benchmarks.
