Description
Both events gathered stakeholders and experts from the European Parliament, Member States, think-tanks and civil society, as well as representatives of the financial sector and Commission services.
Recommendations of two studies on the use of financial instruments for climate action in the next MFF, on policy and practices of international financial institutions for mainstreaming climate change objectives, and climate proofing of infrastructures, were under discussion. Moreover, current and future practice in Structural Funds, Connecting Europe Facility, by the EIB and by other stakeholder were presented.
