<p>The purpose of the meeting was to present the approach taken in the quantitative analysis of the carbon leakage assessment as well as its preliminary results in order to maintain maximum possible transparency in the exercise. At the same time it was stressed that a qualitative assessment would follow for sectors it was deemed necessary for.</p>
