<p>The 11th EU-China Summit was held in Prague. The European Union was represented by President Václav Klaus of the Czech Republic, the President of the European Commission, Mr. Jose Manuel Barroso, and the Secretary-General of the Council of the EU/High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy, Mr. Javier Solana. Premier Wen Jiabao of the State Council of the People's Republic of China attended the meeting on behalf of China.</p>
