The Commission granted unlimited access to the quantity of units surrendered for 2010 per unit type - EU Allowances (EUAs), Certified Emission Reductions (CERs) and Emission Reduction Units (ERUs).
The data are published in an Excel spreadsheet format. No aggregate data or interpretation can be made available at this stage.
