As the EU prepares for the 31st Conference of the Parties (COP31) to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), taking place in Antalya, Türkiye, in November 2026, the European Commission and the European Economic and Social Committee, in cooperation with the European Youth Forum and Generation Climate Europe, are organising a Youth Policy Dialogue on COP31.
Hosted by Wopke Hoekstra, Commissioner for Climate, Net-Zero and Clean Growth, the Dialogue will bring together young representatives and youth organisations from across Europe for a structured exchange on their climate policy priorities in the run-up to COP31.
The discussion will provide an opportunity for young people to share their perspectives and contribute directly to the EU's preparations for the conference.
